Everyone gets hurt and want to heal, but... we don't allow ourselves to get heal and keep on hurting ourselves by pricking the the given wound again and again.

make your phone your guide.
Go to the application store find a good habits streaks
put some good habits in it
and promise yourself to be stick with your new habits.
And the first one should be DON'T THINK OF HURTS
BECAUSE BY THINKING OF THOSE HURTS YOU HAD IN PAST OR JUST FACED you are pricking them. Don't do that .
I am not giving you a book to read neither I told you to follow some tips. I am just telling you to use the thing you are having all the time with you. Use it.
