Today I am taking the topic Stress on Students

It's everywhere in the world. When we talk about stress on students, we should not forget that everyone is pressing them. Teachers, parents ,relatives , siblings, friends ,classmates and so on.
The whole changed pattern of studies and pressure of Co-curricular activities is confusing students. Competition in academics is so high that every parents want their child to be on the top position. Students struggling to get percentage as high as 100% or 99.9% even if they are getting this position still somewhere they have to struggle more for Co-curricular activities also. Companies giving jobs to those who are getting the percentage between 100%-98%+ Co-curricular activities near 95% or more.
It is difficult to get good jobs.
So there is a fear in everyone which is compelling us to pressurize students to get higher percentage.
But it is too much we are asking from them.
From the time of nursery classes we are pressurizing them.
Little hands that are just to cuddle and play and get messy in this age now are holding many responsibilities. They are getting nagged by their parents ,siblings and  teachers almost daily. Nagging for study, ethics & wrong behavior. They are continually growing with this behavior of nagging and opting it as a right behavior because they are sure that elders are right .ARE WE?
They become argumentative because of this stress. Because we are asking too much from them. We want them to be good in every field. In early education there is burden of at least 5 subjects + Co-curricular activities. Traveling time to go to schools staying there and coming back eat their 8 hours. After coming back they need some rest and encouraging words from their parents but because of lots of competition they get another pressure from parents and tutors.
Then they go for some games,singing or other academic schools. If we get tired after 8 hours of work , them what about them?
Because of this pressure some students come out with good results and some do not because everyone is not the same. And those who aren't getting good results get punished with abusive language or harsh words . So they become moody, couch potato sluggish they loose their confidence and start feeling unworthy some bang in to wrong directions like alcohol,drugs etc. And some commit suicide.
After completing the schools they never get admissions in good colleges. This new way of studies is good somewhere to make them strong. It's good, but its not for everyone. We and teachers should realize that everyone have their own strengths and weaknesses. We nag them for their weaknesses and forget their strengths and so one day they leave their strengths also and they become nothing. Everyone should observe their child that on what he/she is good and try to encourage them to polish it and help them to do so. They get motivation for studies and other things also .
WAKE UP AND MAKE A CHANGE

Today I am writing about addiction. Addiction of anything is bad. Some people think that category of addiction is limited with alcohol, smoking , drugs or lottery only. No it is not right. Excess of any habit is an addiction. It can be as small as Tea or as big as alcohol. Addiction is always harmful. What causes addiction? When you are accepting a thing by your mind and heart and start believing that, this thing is giving you some sort of relief, you become addicted to that particular thing. It can be as sweet as Pepsi or can be as bitter as beer, but you know whatever it is you are truly enjoying it :) But let me ask you a question
IS YOUR BODY ENJOYING IT? ARE YOU DIFFERENT FROM YOUR BODY ?
THEN WHO ARE YOU? WHO IS ENJOYING ?I know it is complicated.But it can be simple if you are willing to simplify it. We learn things and we are learning from the day we were born. We are learning from people around us. We are learning from media and society. We are learning from many things on daily basis even without our knowledge. Some are very good and some are bad. So sometimes we just get addiction by watching others or by watching on media, and believe wow how cool it is. It seems macho if a boy is flaring the white smoke in air through mouth. Because whatever is visible is white smoke in the air and a solid boy . But whatever is happening inside of the lungs of this boy is not visible and we mostly trust on things which are visible to us. We never try to see what's behind. So it becomes an addiction slowly. Same with Pepsi if you are addict to it and you are drinking even 200 ml of Pepsi daily then you are at the risk of bone problems, yes you are. If you are addict to tea you can build enough acid to give you acne, brittle hair and nails , yellow teeth etc. We are very powerful to make a change but we are so addict to our addictions that we believe that these things are giving us power to move on. This is a false perception. Ok just imagine that you are hungry from last 15 days and now in front of you is food and alcohol definitely you will put some food in your mouth first. Which shows that we are getting power from food not from alcohol. This is same with all types of addictions. We believe we are getting power from them but no. We are getting weaker because of them. Leaving is not impossible it's just little difficult. If we think lets not take it from tomorrow then it will never leave us. But day by day we can do. Kids and youngsters are addict of iphone ipad tab etc. Mostly they are consuming their mind energy for nothing. They are wasting their time. I am not saying don't play with gadgets do it with time limit ,before playing a game set a timer for 30 min then play and promise yourself that you will do something productive after this play and keep your promise . Leave your addiction step by step. 1 Be sure you want to leave for yourself not for anyone else.2 Don't stop it at once .3 Try to take a little less.4 Ask your near once to encourage you.5 Write a date when you complete it, on a paper and stick it where you brush your teeth in morning .6 When you reach almost half of the way ask yourself what benefits you are getting, write them near the same goal.7 Ask near once what benefits they are getting.8 Ask your partner to participate more to encourage you.Good luck Written by MANN

So I got some mails and mostly people are saying that emotion of anger is not easy to control but one person asked me a very good question and it is: Mann in the very beginning of your blog you wrote about anger and I liked it very much, in that post you described anger as a habit but in the last post you are writing it as an emotion although I am looking forward for your next post as these are helping me to understand myself and others easily. Please do write something about why people use others for their own benefit in your next post.

Well you are right my friend, Anger is actually a habit but mostly people think that is an emotion. Here when we are talking about our emotions we are trying to elaborate it more and surely I will cover the topic in my next post. Now I will  move forward on the topic "why some emotions are easy to control but some are very difficult".
 Emotions are simply  feelings or sensations caused by a person’s perception about something or someone. When you feel an emotion it is because that energy has been triggered by a thought and it sends it in motion which gives you different sensations in your body it can be tingling in your heart , headache, or bustling cheeks etc.
Basic emotions are only of two types and these are Happiness and Sadness.
when we feel happy we use these words like I am exited, I am thrilled, I am in joy etc.
So happy emotions are easy to control because the feeling of happiness is related to your thoughts only and at that point your thoughts are positive thus they are easy to control.

Same is with sadness!
When we feel sad we use words like i am fearful, its hurting, its shameful, I am angry etc.
Sad emotions are difficult to control because at that time our thoughts are negative which are giving negative impact on our body and brain. People think that sadness is difficult to handle. A conman phrase LEAVE ME ALONE very commonly people use it and you know what, it comes out automatically in some situation or circumstances.
Does it have a meaning inside?
Oh yes it has, we all try to run from our sad emotions we do not try to handle it. Handling is not going into depression, becoming tense, getting angry or shouting on someone but
handling is to think of a solution. If we are not giving time to our-self or not listing to our-self we can never find the solution to our problems. Now our subconscious mind is very tricky so whenever we are sad , tense or angry we say "LEAVE ME ALONE" and another meaning of leave me alone is "I want to sit with my self". We sit alone but we do not try to talk to our-self we just nag. We nag the situation and start cursing the people from whom we got hurt. This is the reason that sad emotions are difficult to handle because we don't try to handle them we are avoiding them.
Now whenever you have sad emotions please be do not avoid them. Sit alone and talk to yourself in a positive way. Try to handle it by looking for a solution rather cursing others.

A person without emotions is just like a machine. All emotions are important happiness, sadness, anger, anxiety, ashamed etc.  But the question is do we have any power over our emotions?
Many people think that we don't have control over emotions and others think we have.
Well surely have full control on our emotions, we can completely control them. Just think of any situation of your life where there were mixed emotions in your mind and you choose which one to show. Imagine a situation : its a grand party and all the celebrities are  there to join you. Suddenly your dog appears and it seems to be very fearful, he wanted to hide himself under the table but by mistake he hid under the gown of a celebrity, its hilarious so you want to laugh out loud but the other emotion hold you back from laughing to save yourself from embarrassment.
So what you have done right now ? You just controlled your emotion.
It was easy but mostly its seems completely uncontrollable when the emotion is ANGER.
Why some emotions are not easy to control? When we get angry or we are extremely sad at that time we don't use our brain either we use it in the wrong direction.

Have you ever wonder that how distracted our mind is? Our mind jumps from one thought to another through out the day. We find it so hard to keep it steady, focused at one thing. For good performance in an exam or a good recipe or a good output of anything we need to work with focused mind with complete attention.
But because of many tasks in a day we think a lot and very rare people plans their day. They just start without planning and finish it with a frustration in mind for not completing all the tasks and so our mind is never free from its thoughts.
So there is no freshness for the next day. Which is why what you left pending, your subconscious mind tries to finish it in your thoughts.
Take all tasks one by one, give full attention to the task in hand and do it efficiently. As while doing a task in hand and thinking on another cannot complete that task but it will definitely ruin the one which is in hand.
One bite at a time.
So go one by one and never get distracted ,it will lead u to a failure not success.

Hello friends! I got some comments and mails on Childhood games topic. Thanks for including me in your beautiful past.
Today we are going to enter in our past with some beautiful memories. Mostly we go back in our past but always touch the bad side so we always come back with a same phrase "MY PAST WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH ".

CHILDHOOD GAMES
In this topic we discussed that how we are prone to gadgets and our younger generation has become a gadget slave. I asked you to write me back and I am glad to get mails and comments . Thanks for showing your interest in this topic.
Many people wrote me that they miss hide and seeks, long jump , kick the tin, pitthu gram
;) gallery, treasure hunt etc .
People also mentioned that they miss the time when they were used to play snake & ladder with siblings.Today I want to tell you that it is not a fault of gadgets because science and technology is for our betterment and for making our life easy. But yes over doing of everything is wrong. 

Today I request you to keep all your gadgets aside for half an hour .
It is not as difficult as you think! you do it daily. While cooking, while cleaning , studying  etc .
But this time do it specially to go in to your childhood in your beautiful past and this zone of past game is gadgets free.
Terms and conditions
I am sure no buddy like to read terms and conditions, but today go for it..

• 1   you will not use any of your gadgets during this time period .
• 2  T.V and mp3 are also needs to be off
• 3  Try to choose time when you are free from everything

but you can do this with your grand children and your kids so try to involve them.
REQUIREMENTS
FOR HIDE AND SEEKS AND FOR TREASURE HUNT you need others so  you have your kids , grand kids , siblings, patents around. So what are you waiting for just go and Hide in your home ,backyard etc . Have fun.

Buy a pack of clay of different colors. Make things and decorate them.

Pencils and paper : do you remember you  used to draw things using alphabets? Try it again.

Call your friends and ask them to come over then play pittu garam! do not hesitate.

Close your eyes with scarf and find your partner. Get in it for next 30 min.

Play treasure hunt with your grand kids or kids etc.

The problem sometimes is only hesitation of age. Don't feel hesitation, put it away for next 30 min along with your gadgets and make sure to turn them off.See you soon again on weebly .

Hi I am back
Today we are talking about childhood.
Lets see who can go back and find something  interesting.
Mostly everyone love childhood time.We loved it because we not very fearful in this age , Or fears were very small. We used to do what we wanted to do.
We were able to speak our truth without any fear that what we want and what not. And we had all big and small reasons for our precious needs.
We were not using so many gadgets and we were used to go outside and play with friends and pets. We were used to sit with mommy and daddy who were mostly available to us and used to make our long stories. slowly time changes and technology updated very fast we made this technology to help us but we become slaves of it , now we are not able to think our one day without phone and other gadgets .
So today I am asking you to write me what kind of activities you were used to do when you was a child send me a list but be sure before teenage. just childhood activities.

are you impressing someone or you are trying to impress or please everyone and not able to speak your truth because you afraid of by doing that you may loose the relationship or may weakening it.
We try to please all around us. Even when we don't want to most of us doing the same mistake . yes I said mistake .
By doing it we are lies with them and with us.
Sometimes we do, let it be it would be better next time and the next time never comes we do our best to make others happy but still mostly what we get .. complains. Once more let it be.
How do you feel then?
Impressing and pleasing is just like an imprison, you feel tight sometimes you feel like to shout till they say on your face I never asked you to do for me you were just doing because you choose it.
Hell ... isn't it.
Because you never tried to please yourself ...
true we ignore our self a lot. Does your stomach make weird noise when you don't eat for long?
Yes it is same with our self also you want something in return after doing something but when we get complaints you feel hungry, hungry for love care respect and appreciation.
But how can it is possible, when we are not respecting our self and not pleasing our self then how can others respect us. It is simple respect yourself to get respect. Tomorrow we are going to take a very interesting topic. So don't forget to visit.

Life is wonderful but we just see it like weekdays  and forget the weekend  if you really want to enjoy your weekends you must enjoy the weekday as well. What so ever you are doing on weekdays is all your choice and if it is your choice you must enjoy it but if you are not enjoying it must be not your choice. But most of all are doing jobs business etc. was not our choice but we are  doing it because there were no other choice.
Am i saying there were no other choice.
No there were thousands of choices but we were not eligible for those or we were not in  the position or situation... YES its right.
OR WE QUIT SOON, WE GIVE UP SOON less hard-work .
Sometimes many people quit soon because they don't want to come out from the safe harbors and don't want to stretch themselves .
I know I know you want to give me many reasons that why you are in to what you don't like or enjoy. There can be infinite reason but seriously tell me , haven't you looked back and think if i tried once more it could be...... more green :)

So today we are going to discuss that how to leave the habit of Anger.
See everyone becomes angry, but why we need anger to tell the truth or facing the situation?
Because anger gives you strength? Yes
But momentary which spoil things more.
As I told you before that we becomes angry to take control but when we feel weak and not having any control on the situation we show anger to show more strength. But its not right way to deal with anything.
Anger is a habit and we can leave it but before changing anything we need to know what is wrong in this habit and why we are leaving it.
So just read back the first half.

First of all I want to tell you if you are over stressed with work mental /physical take a deep breath hmm good.
Now we will take it one by one so may be it will go long .
1. So those who are over stressed , multi tasking people overwhelmed with themselves and think that they are leading a wonderful life and so good at everything.
Oh yes dear I appreciate you are, you are doing wonderful but hold on.... I know it's my Favourite line ;)

By doing all the task and chores you are doing it all for you?
Oh no dear its not right. After straightening everything for everyone you are becoming tired and need something for your self what you enjoy some special things for yourself . It can be anything you enjoy. But you are not doing anything for yourself How can you forget this nearest Person. When you don't look at your need you feel tired soon when you feel tired you feel weak and when you feel weak you need strength and when you need strength ..... Hola you take from anger.
After doing everything for for everyone you expect love and respect.
but remember a minute back you were shouting and yelling on kids /husband /wife or so on.
So you done all but get nothing just A weird look some bad expressions and few bad words. WHY?So the conclusion is when you did all ,you deserve love and care and obviously if you are managing all you want to CONTROL the situation but at that time you are tired and lethargic so you are taking a boost from anger .
First thing DON'T IGNORE YOURSELF &THE SECOND ONE IS YOU CANNOT STRAIGHTEN UP THINGS WITH ANGER .
Just think at the time of anger that it is habit and more on I must be very tired so I must do something good for myself . It will change your mind you will automatically withdraw your self to be angry.
