So today we are going to discuss that how to leave the habit of Anger.
See everyone becomes angry, but why we need anger to tell the truth or facing the situation?
Because anger gives you strength? Yes
But momentary which spoil things more.
As I told you before that we becomes angry to take control but when we feel weak and not having any control on the situation we show anger to show more strength. But its not right way to deal with anything.
Anger is a habit and we can leave it but before changing anything we need to know what is wrong in this habit and why we are leaving it.
So just read back the first half.

First of all I want to tell you if you are over stressed with work mental /physical take a deep breath hmm good.
Now we will take it one by one so may be it will go long .
1. So those who are over stressed , multi tasking people overwhelmed with themselves and think that they are leading a wonderful life and so good at everything.
Oh yes dear I appreciate you are, you are doing wonderful but hold on.... I know it's my Favourite line ;)

You are failing on something
And this is your precious your oneself.
By doing all the task and chores you are doing it all for you?
Oh no dear its not right. After straightening everything for everyone you are becoming tired and need something for your self what you enjoy some special things for yourself . It can be anything you enjoy. But you are not doing anything for yourself How can you forget this nearest Person. When you don't look at your need you feel tired soon when you feel tired you feel weak and when you feel weak you need strength and when you need strength ..... Hola you take from anger.
After doing everything for for everyone you expect love and respect.
but remember a minute back you were shouting and yelling on kids /husband /wife or so on.
So you done all but get nothing just A weird look some bad expressions and few bad words. WHY?So the conclusion is when you did all ,you deserve love and care and obviously if you are managing all you want to CONTROL the situation but at that time you are tired and lethargic so you are taking a boost from anger .
First thing DON'T IGNORE YOURSELF &THE SECOND ONE IS YOU CANNOT STRAIGHTEN UP THINGS WITH ANGER .
Just think at the time of anger that it is habit and more on I must be very tired so I must do something good for myself . It will change your mind you will automatically withdraw your self to be angry.
