So I got some mails and mostly people are saying that emotion of anger is not easy to control but one person asked me a very good question and it is: Mann in the very beginning of your blog you wrote about anger and I liked it very much, in that post you described anger as a habit but in the last post you are writing it as an emotion although I am looking forward for your next post as these are helping me to understand myself and others easily. Please do write something about why people use others for their own benefit in your next post.
Well you are right my friend, Anger is actually a habit but mostly people think that is an emotion. Here when we are talking about our emotions we are trying to elaborate it more and surely I will cover the topic in my next post. Now I will move forward on the topic "why some emotions are easy to control but some are very difficult".
Emotions are simply feelings or sensations caused by a person’s perception about something or someone. When you feel an emotion it is because that energy has been triggered by a thought and it sends it in motion which gives you different sensations in your body it can be tingling in your heart , headache, or bustling cheeks etc.
Basic emotions are only of two types and these are Happiness and Sadness.
when we feel happy we use these words like I am exited, I am thrilled, I am in joy etc.
So happy emotions are easy to control because the feeling of happiness is related to your thoughts only and at that point your thoughts are positive thus they are easy to control.
Same is with sadness!
When we feel sad we use words like i am fearful, its hurting, its shameful, I am angry etc.
Sad emotions are difficult to control because at that time our thoughts are negative which are giving negative impact on our body and brain. People think that sadness is difficult to handle. A conman phrase LEAVE ME ALONE very commonly people use it and you know what, it comes out automatically in some situation or circumstances.
Does it have a meaning inside?
Oh yes it has, we all try to run from our sad emotions we do not try to handle it. Handling is not going into depression, becoming tense, getting angry or shouting on someone but
handling is to think of a solution. If we are not giving time to our-self or not listing to our-self we can never find the solution to our problems. Now our subconscious mind is very tricky so whenever we are sad , tense or angry we say "LEAVE ME ALONE" and another meaning of leave me alone is "I want to sit with my self". We sit alone but we do not try to talk to our-self we just nag. We nag the situation and start cursing the people from whom we got hurt. This is the reason that sad emotions are difficult to handle because we don't try to handle them we are avoiding them.
Now whenever you have sad emotions please be do not avoid them. Sit alone and talk to yourself in a positive way. Try to handle it by looking for a solution rather cursing others.
