Anger an emotion or a habit?
It's a habit.
Anger it self is not an emotion rather it happens because of some unsaid emotions or when we feel that we don't have control on the situation we are going through. Mostly lack of control is the reason of anger.
Do you agree?
Let me explain, now assume that you have an urgent meeting or you have to reach to the hospital for your little daughter arrived in this world. But .... the traffic jam. Everywhere, everyone faced this situation sometimes. And you know what happen then! You feel anger, frustration and you start speaking with the person next to you or yourself or you yell on ,who is in front of you, you blow horns but hold on man. Nothing is changing the situation traffic isn't moving. You know why you are behaving like an angry person. Because you are not having the control on the situation , you are not able to change it.
Another one is that
your girlfriend / boyfriend just diched you and now you are trying to make it and mend it, but all seems to be useless. Now you are sad and helpless you know the person is lying and over this he is blaming you. It is sad you can feel crying but hold on.... then were from this anger is coming. It's coming from out of control you want to make everything on right place but after every effort , its not in your control . you are not able to do what you want to do.
So mostly ANGER comes from lack of control .
IT IS OUR HABIT EVERYONES INCLUDED ME
THAT WE ALL LIKE TO CONTROL
so leaving this bad habit of anger is not difficult but neither easy.
But surely we can do it.
